In the order they arrived in Taylor and Shumway.
James T. Pierce and his wife, Mary Jane Meeks, came to the Silver Creek Valley in January, 1878.
John Henry Standifird arrived with his 13 year old daughter Ann in March of 1878. Theysettled in the valley now known as the Solomon Ranch, south of Shumway.
